Mr. Keith Frank has been in practice specializing in immigration law for over 40 years.
Mr. Keith Frank is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member in good standing of the CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Canada). He has held the title of National President of the Association of Immigration Counsel of Canada (AICC) as well as Vice President of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Counsel (CAPIC) for several years, which is the current professional body of Immigration Consultants.

Before the creation of the ICCRC, Mr. Frank was selected by the first regulatory body of immigration consultants, the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), to mediate a resolution, thus preventing a lawsuit in the Federal Court.
