FAQs
Canada is a great country for
skilled professionals
,
students
,
entrepreneurs
, and
families
. There are several ways that would lead you to moving to Canada.
The first thing you probably want to ask yourself is your reason, your why, for moving to Canada.
Do you want to study in Canada? If so, at what level? Are you finishing high school and want to apply to a university or college? Do you want to pursue a Master's or PhD degree? What city or university/college are you interested in applying to? These are all preliminary questions you should think about and have an idea about in advance before talking with us at your first consultation.
Are you a skilled professional in your home country but are looking for perhaps a better life or better living standards in Canada? A good place to start would be to explore the Provincial Nominee Programs available in almost every province as well as the Express Entry system that applies to the entire country. These two systems are run through a ranking system and depending on your work experience, credentials, language ability, and so on, you could be 'invited to apply' for permanent residency.
Perhaps you have a successful business in your home country and would like to also open similar operations in Canada. Canada is a land full of newcomers who are small and medium-sized business owners. There are several entrepreneurial streams within the provinces and nation-wide that you may qualify for.
And lastly, are you looking to reunite with your family in Canada? One of Canada's priorities in immigration is family reunification. You may be eligible to be sponsored by a family member or you may be able to sponsor a family member outside of Canada yourself.
There are countless possible ways to move to Canada.

There are a few first steps to take before applying for a study permit:
The first step is to know what you would like to study (English/French as a Second Language, a degree program, post-graduate program, etc.) and at what level (post-secondary, post-graduate, etc.).
The second step would be to find which institute it is that you would like to study at and make sure that it is a Canadian Designated Learning Institution. Once you have confirmed the institution you would like to study at, it will be important to review the admission requirements to make sure you meet these as well as review the tuition fees to be paid. The third step would then be to apply (either online or by mail - some documents need to be originals and therefore will need to be sent by mail) to the program and school you chose. If you are accepted, you will then receive an acceptance letter.
The next step would be to sit down with our team to prepare your application to apply for your study permit and submit your application.

To stay longer in Canada it all depends on what your status currently is in Canada. Either way, you are only allowed to stay in Canada for the length of time your visa permits.
To see whether there is the possibility of extending your stay in Canada, please book a phone consultation or an in-person consultation. The ability to request staying longer depends on many factors and these can only be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We look forward to hearing from you.
